Privacy summary
BazaarOz processes your shopping lists, account data, and (optionally) receipt images to provide the service. This page is a summary; publish a full policy separately if your jurisdiction requires it.
Data we process
- Account: email address, display name, and session data.
- List data: items, categories, notes, prices, budget targets, archive status.
- Sharing: invite tokens, expiry, list members, and roles (owner, editor, viewer).
- Receipts: uploaded images, totals, vendor, and date; OCR-extracted text when you use it.
- Notifications: in-app notification records and device push tokens (if you grant permission).
- Usage: list activity history and limited technical logs for troubleshooting.
How we use it
To sync lists, enable collaboration and invite links, deliver budget/receipt features, send notifications, and manage your account.
Service providers
Data is hosted on Supabase (database and storage). Push notifications are delivered via Expo. This site is hosted on Vercel. Optional usage analytics (Vexo) run only when configured.
Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. Archived lists remain in your account; deleting your account from the app removes associated data.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen. For other KVKK/GDPR requests, use the channel on the Support page.
